Sterlab proposes an in vitro whitening test kit on 6-well or 12-well plates with proliferating Normal Human Epidermal Melanocytes.
The Sterlab Whitening test kit is intendeed for the in-vitro quantitative determination of the proteins or the genes implicated in the whitening process in proliferating human primary melanocytes.
The Sterlab human primary melanocytes from adult skin (e.g. abdomen, breast, etc) or foreskin. Each batch of melanocytes is tested for cell morphology and viability. The cells test is negative for HIV, Hepatitis B, C and micoplasma.
