Sterlab proposes an in vitro pigmentation test kit on 6-well or 12-well plates with proliferating Normal Human Epidermal Melanocytes.
The Sterlab pigmentation test kit is intendeed for the in-vitro quantitative determination of the proteins or the genes implicated in the pigmentation process in proliferating human primary melanocytes.
The Sterlab human primary melanocytes are isolated from adult skin (e.g. abdomen, breast, etc) or foreskin. Each batch of melanocytes is tested for cell morphology and viability. The cells test is negative for HIV, Hepatitis B, C and micoplasma.
